Thank you very much for the beautiful funeral and celebration of life for my father Francis Donovan.

You were so kind, encouraging and patient and you truly made this very sad day one to remember with love and peacefulness.

We were fortunate enough to have Robyn and Libby from Natural Grace help us organise a gathering after my wife passed away. We could not recommend their services more. Libby, Barb and Jacqui all provided exceptional, wholistic and compassionate care to me and my mother at the most challenging time of our lives when we lost my beloved father Leon. 'I need your help' were the first words out of my mouth when Libby picked up the phone. I was feeling out of my own mind/body and was very teary, but I also knew I needed to progress 'things' with the help of an expert. As I've told her (and anyone who'll listen), I felt scooped up and cradled by her - and her team - through this miserable/lovely time. With the help and support of Natural Grace, I have been able to do all the 'things' necessary, carve out time for myself and my husbands loved ones and create experiences with her I didn't realise were possible when a loved one passes away.

Libby and her team made it possible to smoothly navigate bureaucracy, geographic challenges and rituals of benefit to family and friends. We will be forever grateful for your kind and compassionate care of my much loved husband and our extended family. From the comforting SMS that let us know my husband was 'safely tucked up at the Sanctuary' to his respectful and beautifully conducted service and burial - we could not have asked for more sensitive and gentle guidance.

Conducting a funeral during Covid19 restrictions was difficult and Jacqui you helped us to work this in our favour. We were able to organise an intimate service in the appropriately named Sanctuary that was heartfelt and peaceful. Jacqui - you listened to everything we asked for and ensured all the details were handled in such a way that the stress of organisation was lifted from our shoulders.

Thank you Jacqui for your thoughtful and beautiful words as you conducted the service and the way you warmly included our young grandchildren. Every detail throughout the service was perfectly managed and you helped us feel supported and at peace.
