Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Jacinta and David Bermingham, Rachael Saunders and Adam Fry.
Much loved grandma of Dylan and Natalie, and Jordan; Jake, Aayla and Ruby-Rose.

Remembering Pat who I first meet when she volunteered at RDA in Warrnambool. Then she volunteered at Anglicare and we met up again. In Warrnambool. A very nice woman who live life to her best. R.I.P Pat.
