Aged 51
Died peacefully at Southwest Healthcare.
Much loved husband of Anne. Dearly loved father of Will, Sam and George.
Many thanks to the SWH Palliative Care Team and the nursing staff on medical ward.
A memorial service for Tom will be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 22nd April at Natural Grace Funeral Care, 82 Fairy Street, Warrnambool.
Tom’s wishes were for a private cremation.

Dear Ann and family, I’m so sorry for your loss. You are in our thoughts at this sad time.
I was fortunate to get to know Tom through our mutual love for sailing. He and I had many great adventures delivering yachts around Australia. If it could float… Tom could sail it.
I’ll miss the long chats we had, his sense of humour and quick wit. He was a good man.
Warmest thoughts to Anne, Will, Sam, and George during this extremely difficult time.
Fair winds and following seas mate. You’ll be greatly missed.
