Francis “Frank” Camillus RYAN

29/11/1936 ~ 14/10/2024
Aged 87 Years

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved father and Pa, peacefully at home.

You were such an example of loyalty, friendship and integrity to all of us.

We loved your sayings, your appeciation of racing, ‘The Blues’ and of course, cows.

Your were a respected farmer, ‘man on the gate’ at the Panmure Football/Netball club, and an active contributor to the community.

Your were always there for all of us and you will live in our hearts.

Our memories of you will be cherished forever.

Beloved husband of Mary for 64 years.
Brother to Trevor and Nellie.
Much loved father to Annie, Theresa, Michael, Brendan, Kathryn, Jack, Dave, Phil, Kieran, Rebecca, their families, 22 grandchildren and 7 great- grandchildren.

Much loved and missed.

‘There’s always somebody worse off than me’

Friends and family are invited to the funeral service for Frank at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Selby Road, Warrnambool on Monday October 21 at 11:00 am.

Kevin & Sheena Russell

On behalf of all members of the EFGC we pass on our sincere condolences to Theresa and family on the passing of Frank, a true gentleman.

Treasured memories of visits to the farm, fishing and swimming at the farm creek and big games of chasey and hide and seek but never quite knowing all the kids names.
Thinking of you all on this sad day as you lay Frank to rest and grateful we had our Dads for such a long time. Love to all the family, Lisa.

Wonderful memories of Frank Ryan, a outstanding man in the Panmure community, the type of person you could go to war with. Special memories of Frank on the gate at the Panmure football with the radio strapped around his neck and his granddaughters selling raffle tickets and handing out the footy records. If you handed Frank $20s at the gate he never gave back any change, he would use it on the raffle. A wonderful man at rest. The Harney family.

Frank was a former dedicated volunteer colleague in the St. Vincent de Paul welfare group and always had sincerity in the consideration of genuine concern for those in need who sought assistance.
Sincere sympathy to Mary and the extended Ryan family.
Gerald and Sally Madden

Frank Ryan, a great family man & tireless volunteer of the Panmure community. Will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him. A loyal life well lived & a rest well deserved.
