Natural Grace Specialist Training for End-of-Life Doulas
Are you a graduate of the Preparing the Way Intensive Course and looking to begin a new business or expand your existing practice?
With our over a decade of experience right behind you as well as a proven model of care, Natural Grace is well positioned to support you to bring holistic death care to your community with our specialist training program. Focusing on home based death care and funeral planning and conducting, this training will support you in your practice and qualify you to join our Shared Care Program.
This offer is only available to Preparing the Way trained End-of-life Doulas who have completed the Intensive Course, and is a nationwide opportunity. *

Fees
$1,500 GST inclusive per weekend/workshop. Payment plans are available. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required on confirmation of place in workshop.

Practical Demonstrations:
- Mortuary demonstration including pacemaker removal

- Funeral equipment usage: cooling mats, stretcher, body lifter, handling of coffins and shrouds, church truck, burial logistics, and equipment, driving a hearse!
Travel and Accommodation
Please make your own travel arrangements and source your own accommodation. A group chat will be set up for participants to communicate and arrange shared options.
Food and Drinks
Morning and afternoon tea, lunch, and snacks, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, will be provided. Tea, coffee, and water are also provided. Please bring your own food for highly specialised diets. Fridge facility available. A fee credit of $120 is available for those who bring their own food. Please let us know your dietary needs.
2 Day After-Death and Funeral Care Workshop for Organisations
Our role as holistic funeral professionals is to inform, educate, follow, and guide people in making decisions regarding after death care and funeral practices.
This training offering will teach your team about traditional and contemporary end of life and funeral choices, family led and home-based death care, the law and your rights, and provides extensive resources.
It is particularly relevant for volunteers in hospice settings.
