All our care offerings can be tailored to meet your family’s cultural, emotional, and spiritual needs.

  • We are committed to ensuring that you have ample time to say “Hello” to your baby, before you find the perfect way to say “Goodbye”.
  • We encourage you to spend as much time with your baby after birth as you need – cuddles, bathing, dressing, memory making …
  • Natural Grace can help you to take care of your baby at home or in our care space.
  • Our home-based care offering supports you with a ‘cuddle cot’ and 24/7 phone support and home visits as required.
  • Alternatively, we can help create ‘vigil’ time for your family to hold and spend time with your baby in one of our Sanctuaries.
  • A funeral service for your baby is a deeply personal choice. It does not have to be in a church or official building, but can be anywhere of your choosing, such as your home or somewhere peaceful in nature.
  • You may also like to consider a secular ‘chapel’ space at your chosen cemetery. No matter where you would like it to be, we can help you to create the perfect funeral for your baby.
  • All our infant care packages include an ethically made, sustainable wicker basket coffin. You are welcome to make another choice if you wish. We can guide you through all the options available to you.

We encourage you to take this time as slowly and gently as you can. We are here for your family when you are ready.

What a kind and compassionate group of highly professional people to guide you through a time in your life that is one of the hardest you will ever experience. The team at Natural Grace were flawless in helping us navigate how we sent of our son who was stillborn at 36 weeks. Helping us work out the best way to say farewell was a very special and painful thing to go through but Melinda held our hand the entire way and we had the most perfect farewell.
What truly phenomenal humans to be helping families during this time.

I cannot recommend Natural Grace more highly, Michelle Funder

My husband and I were connected with Melinda and the team at Natural Grace after the sudden death of a toddler son.
Melinda was incredibly compassionate and gentle as she guided us through navigating the start of our lives without our child. This included coordinating with other necessary parties, arranging a vigil for us to privately farewell our son, and helping us organize a funeral in the midst of COVID social restrictions and our own intense grief. Melinda kept us well informed throughout the whole process and linked us with a wonderful funeral celebrant, Sally Lewry.

Our son’s funeral was created with such love and care, and truly captured our son’s spirit. Natural Grace work collaboratively with families on how best to celebrate your child’s life but to also acknowledge their passing. We will forever be thankful for Melinda and Natural Grace for their kindness, professionalism and dedication.

Thank you, Kim and Greg

A heartfelt thank you for your care and professionalism during the really difficult time following the loss of our baby boy. You've helped us more than you will know - in organising everything we needed with a positive impact to our grieving and reminding us to be gentle as we go.

Thank you for patiently explaining to me the sequence of events and requirements leading up to a cremation. Having never had to go through this process before it helped me enormously. I felt a sense of relief in understanding exactly what was going to happen. You were clear, respectful and concise in your comforting voice. During the immediate grief I absolutely wanted to avoid phone calls and I thank you for suggesting text messages and for taking the time to text me information or questions you required a response for. It really made life easy for me in those raw days and it is an amazingly supportive thing for you to have done

Our Beautiful boy Aish was born on the 18th September 2021. Unfortunately, sadly our little legend Aish spread his tiny baby wings to heaven on the 22nd September, after a short five days of life.

From the moment we were introduced to Bonita, Chris and I felt an instant connection and knew she was the right person during such a difficult time. The communication, compassion and care she had for us and Aish was outstanding, and we cannot thank her enough. Chris and I will be forever grateful for the vigil time we had with our beautiful Aish, our final moments with our son we will remember forever.

"A life so brief,
A baby so small,
You had the power to touch as all"

We will cherish our final moments forever. We thank you for your care and support you provided to our Baby Aish.

Many thanks, Chris and Caitlyn

We would like to send a very big thank you to Melinda for caring for our baby boy Hamish.
Melinda was so very professional and empathic towards us which made the process of saying goodbye to our baby a little easier. She kept us informed at every step of the way and was quick to help us with any questions or concerns we had at any time. We are so grateful to Melinda for treating Hamish with such respect and dignity.

Thank you Melinda for making our first experience with a funeral director a positive one.

Best wishes, Danielle and Hugh

I wanted to pass on a note from both Chris and myself to say thank you all so much for your wonderful service, and for looking after us and our baby Love with such care and compassion over the past few weeks.

We both felt respected and at peace during a difficult time, and that our baby was in wonderful care with Natural Grace.

We are now up the coast resting and healing and will be sprinkling his ashes in the ocean.
