So sorry to hear the sad news about Geraldine and remembering all the fun times we had together in Enfield, Shillington and Selsey. You’ll never be forgotten, Mollie xx

We have the very fondest memories when my brother and I spent time with our ‘country cousins’ when we were young. We were the ‘city cousins’. Geraldine was the wild one out of the 4 of us, always up to some kind of mischief! There was definitely never a dull moment when she was around. She clearly has shone her light and love throughout the rest of her life, sadly shortened by her illness. She will live on in our memories and never be forgotten. With much love and sympathy to Jasmine and all her family and friends.

Gerry, I only met you a couple of times but you will forever be in my memories, you lit up the room and made me laugh so much.. I am forever grateful to have spent time with you.. sleep tight lovely lady.. xxx

rest in piece. I still hold the memories dear of our happy and at times a naughty childhood. you will be missed.

Message for our Cousin ❤️

You couldn’t help but love Gerry and so sorry to hear of her passing.
Lovely to hear of the wonderful life she had in Australia and the friendships she made there. No surprise really as her joy, passion and caring was so contagious!
Condolences to the family and thank you Gerry for the life you gave us all.

Love you so much Gerry. I will feel you in the warm sun on my face, the air that I breathe and the grass between my toes. Forever darling. ♥️♥️♥️

Farewell, close but distant cousin. I remember the lovely little girl whom my dad called Jellybean. it was great to meet up again in recent years with the fun, warm and interesting woman that you had become. Shine on x

I can picture you now, Gerry, in your tie dyed leggings walking along in the Ickwell Bury garden, closely trailed by little Jasmine.
Dearest friend, thank you for the fun, laughter and spiritual guidance.
Always in my heart, Lisa ❤️

God bless you Gerry, I’ll always think of you now when I hear “Shine on” Nick. X

Geraldine was my friend, my anchor and confidante, an inspiring warrior for social justice and for her loved ones. Gerry, the world is so much poorer without you.

Our hearts ache and cry out; there is a Geraldine Michel-shaped hole in our lives. We will miss you deeply.

Gerry, I have so many wonderful memories of such fun, music and laughter we had together for so many years. I loved you so very much. I was blessed and grateful to have you in my life as my best friend. I will miss you every single day.
I know you’ll be singing that Great gig in the sky, so go on, Shine on you crazy diamond, and I’ll see you on the other side my beautiful friend.

Gerry, how I miss you, a smile for everyone, never a cross word, lots of laughter. A gentle woman a peace maker. You touched my life and I will always be grateful that I was part of your life. Thank you for all the happiness and love. We will meet again. I love you. ❤️

The early 1980’s in Biggleswade, Langford and Potton were a lot brighter for having you around Gerry. Loved the many gatherings we all had in your little room above LEAD ASTRAY. Farewell my friend. ♥️
