Dear Al
I am so sorry for your loss. Don was an amazing human talented, funny and a kind person.
Dear Donny, Thank you for being the wonderful friend you were and for your encouragement and beautiful words during shows when I didn’t feel confident. You were always there to lift me up. You made me laugh and a very kind soul. You looked forward to my handmade thank you cards which you proudly displayed on your bar. I miss you so much and theatre won’t be the same without you. Sending strength and love to Al and families. 💐
Dear Donald,
You and your loved ones are like family to us. We loved your exuberance, your joy and your courage. Although your curtain has come down; know that your memory will stay with us always. Give your Mum and Dad a big hug from us all.
Deepest Condolences, Strength and Light to all of the Family.
The Williamson Family.
Dear Al
I was very sorry to hear of Don’s passing. I can only imagine how deep your loss must be, and I want to extend my sincere condolences.
Whilst we’ve had our differences, I will always remember Don as someone who had a remarkable presence, his energy and love for the stage left a lasting impression, and I know that spirit touched many people.
I hope the memories of Don’s passion and vibrancy bring you some comfort in the love and memories you shared together.
Please know my thoughts are with you.
Wishing you strength and peace in the days ahead.
Sandy
So so sad and sorry for your loss Al and all who knew Don. As occasional neighbours we did not know Don well but were always happy in his company and could see what a grand friend he would be and now how his passing will leave the world a little sadder.
Dearest Don! You will be so sadly missed …. Your irreverent humour, your engaging company, your ability to light up a room …. But most of all your kindness and the true friendship and generosity you shared with your nearest and dearest. Many wonderful memories will remain with us all. Thank you Don, taken from us too soon. Huge hugs to you Al….. wish I could be there to deliver in person! ❤️xxxx
So sad to hear of Don’s passing. We are sorry we can’t come and pay our respects at the funeral due to being overseas but our thoughts are with Al and Don’s family.
Heartfelt strength being sent at this sad time x
My dear mate Donothan, I’m going to miss your inappropriate jokes, your true theatre presence, mentoring and effortless ability to crack up the room. You’ll never be forgotten ❤️
Love always, Warny x
Dear Donny,
you and I shared the stage over many years at Macedon, Kyneton and Heathcote. We became good friends, mainly due to our similar, whacky sense of humour. The last time we spoke in person, was that Saturday when you delivered that special hat you made for me to wear, and the bar you had built for Mudbrick Motley Theatre’s production in Heathcote this August. However, I declined the offer you made for a nude with my face drawn on it, to hang over the bar.
Our first performance was on Sunday the 3rd. August, the day we lost you, although we didn’t hear that awful news until the next day.
I loved hearing your hearty laugh, and I admired your unquestionable and far-reaching, talent which covered your various skills and personal interests. But I believe your greatest talent was in making people happy. I am saddened by your loss and I will never forget you. Love Maree
I knew Don for a very short time, but was amazed at how he managed a stage production I was taking part. Such great advice and compliments at the right time, amusing personality and witty comments made it fun working with him. I imagine those closest to him will have a huge void left to fill.
Vale Don White
What a great guy, Fun we had with you.
Memories last forever
Peace& Love special man.

Thank you Donnie for believing in me. For all the wonderful times together on and off stage. All the times you would check in. All the times you made me laugh hysterically. The comfort I would feel just sitting beside you. Just for being a great friend and mentor. Forever my Fagin. Thanks for everything.
Love always

Dondon you welcomed us with open arms into your life, you encouraged Ruby’s love of theatre and you created a costume Mum. You are forever in our hearts and we love you always and forever.
Love Deb and Ruby xxx
Will never forget what a wonderful friend you have been all these years and the way you always thought of everyone else. You knew how to light up a room and fill it with laughter. I will miss you dearly.
Love always Liv
Don (and Al) were our neighbours when we first moved from the city up to Redesdale. Don made us feel really welcome from Day 1, and we shared many laughs and heaps of fun over a glass or 2 of wine! Our condolences are with Al and all Don’s family and close friends.
DonDon was my introduction to musical theatre. He was a guide, mentor, confidant, humorist. He was irreverent, sassy, cheeky and made me feel at home in a bustling and confusing place. So I thank you and for your guidance, grandeur and frivolity. With deepest affection, AJ
A bright spark that I got to meet though the incredible creative work at the CFA Easter Procession. My deepest condolences are with Don’s family, he will be greatly missed by all
