I was fortunate to have met Anne on a few occasions, we had some very funny and insightful conversations about some of the local characters.

Dearest Anne,
You were my prep teacher 57 years ago and mum was very happy a young vibrant women was teaching her children. You connected with my mum so well, that she became your confidant & mentor.
Mum was always there to lend you a helping hand with your family. I then would come to your home in Canterbury & Romsey & help out with the kids in return I would receive specialist lessons, which helped me through my primary years.
As we all got older we would enjoy visits & always had tomato & onion sandwiches, you met my children & we would have wonderful conversations.
You have been present in my mind a lot lately & I now know why, I send you love & friendship and to your children & their families my sincere condolences.
Till we meet again ❤️

From insightful colleague to God Mother to lifelong friend. Forty years of friendship ended too soon. I have every faith that your life so full of love and willing sacrifice will be greatly rewarded. I have less faith that I will be able to stop missing you. Until we meet again every cup of tea will be a toast to your friendship. Xxx

Remembering you dear Anne for your kindness, advice and friendship.
We loved having conversations with you and listening to your news, discussing Politics , the education system, dynamics of families and Religion ! You were always interested in all of our news and opinions.
You always faced your adversities with much courage.
Your family was your greatest achievement ,even though that job is never an easy one it was one carried out with the best of your ability and intentions and that is truly evident in all that your children are today..
Rest easy after all of life’s challenges Anne.
We are all sorry it ended so abruptly.
We hope that your faith has carried you home to your maker!
With much love and sadness
Sally Thomas, Lachlan, Angus Campbell and Charlotte Walsh xoxo

What a beautiful lady your Mum was Libby; always knew me by name, always had time for a chat & a laugh. Living so far away from my own family, she was a joy to bump into always.

Wow. It’s been almost 50 years but seeing this picture i had a flash back to playing at your house next to the kinder. The first thing that came to mind, was lots of laughter. It’s a nice memory. I hope there’s some laughter amongst the stars 💚

In Sad and Loving Memory of a special friend Anne ☘️

My beautiful cousin Annie. You have filled up my senses like a night in the forest, like the mountains in springtime, like a walk in the rain. Your road has been so hard and such a challenge but you have walked it with courage, You have been inspiring and courageous and amazing. I will miss the fun we have had, the discussions and arguments, the faith filled moments, the extraordinary zest for life that permeated so much you have done. Rest peacefully, my beautiful girl, Lets hope heaven is all that it promised to be. Love always. Liz
