What a beautiful tribute to David. It’s been too long since we caught up but that cheeky grin is what I’ll always remember. Rest in peace cuz.

The Flemings
As Michael & Denise said a regret is that we allowed distance to get in the way of spending more time together. That said ol’ mate it was wonderful to spend time over the years and in particular the memories of your help and care for Tim will never be forgotten along with your cheeky smile and endless humor. RIP cousin
To a special loving nephew, Rest peacefully David, I’m sure there will be many catch ups with those who have gone before you David we always loved your wonderful happy nature any time we caught up. Thank you for all the care you took of cousin, Tim. To Sharon, Ruby Tara and family my love to you all.A huge loss to you all .Love Roslein
To my motorsport buddy the chequered flag has fallen. I only knew you for around 6 years but in that time we formed a close friendship. I will miss our cups of tea at my place, our chats about car racing and most of all your humour. A very kind gentle fella taken way to early. From Renee and myself we send our condolences to the Wilkes family. See you at a race meeting Dave. Miss you.
Sorry we can’t be at Dave’s service, but we will be thinking of him. Rest assured he lives on in the frequent reminiscences we all share of our shared youth and the shenanigans we got up to – often instigated by Dave. Take care Warwick & Annette.
As we remember Dave, one regret is that we allowed distance to get in the way of spending more time together. To us you will be remembered for your humour and generosity, especially the holiday we had in one of your apartments at Albert Park. Sometime on Wednesday evening we will raise a glass to toast another good man taken too early. May you rest in God’s peace.
Kiwi Dave, from our first meeting in our mother’s group that you’d crash for afternoon tea, to our crazy adventurous outback trips, you were always the life and fun of the party! A beautiful generous man, workmate and friend, always jumping in and lending a hand. You made memories with us and that cheeky manner will stay with our family forever.
To Sharon, Tara and Ruby, and all your families, know that Kiwi Dave has made a lasting impression in our lives, we send our love and hugs. Marie, John, Mitchell, Frances and Lucy xx
Goodbye my excellent cousin. Your sense of humour and relaxed way with everyone will always be fondly remembered. Much love, Stacey
