This offering meets all the legal and practical requirements for the care of a person who has died. It does not include a funeral service.

Our service fees include:

• All day everyday care, support, and love from an experienced and compassionate Holistic Funeral Director specifically assigned to you and your family.
• Support from our care team for administration and arranging.
• Transfer from hospital mortuary or Coroner. Timing of the transfer is at our discretion. Family not in attendance.
  OR
  At need transfer from home, hospital, hospice, aged care, or other place of death – family and friends are warmly welcomed to be in attendance, additional fees apply (business hours $495, after hours $695).
• Natural mortuary care – we only use natural products when caring for the deceased, which includes warm water, essential oils, and organic skin and hair care products.
• Our eco-friendly Outside the Box Casket with natural liner

  Shroud and shroud bearer
• Collection of personal keepsakes such as handprints and a lock of hair (if desired).
• Cremation fee at the crematorium of our choosing including NSW Govt Interment Service Levy
• Permits and Certificates
• Registration of the death with the appropriate authorities (Births, Deaths & Marriages, Services Australia including Centrelink, DVA and Medicare).
• After funeral care including assistance with the care of ashes.

Talk to us about your preferences as there are too many options to list here.
Crematorium fees are charged at cost as per the cemetery price guide.

• An additional fee of $275 will apply if an oversize coffin or shroud is required. Natural Grace reserves the right to determine the necessity for an oversize coffin. You can be assured of the highest standards of comfort for the person in our care.
