Doug’s family — Carla, Max, and Casey — warmly invite you to join us in celebrating Doug’s life on Tuesday 28 July 2026 at 2:00 pm in the Cumulus Chapel, Bunurong Memorial Park, 790 Frankston–Dandenong Road, Dandenong South.
Refreshments will be served at Bunurong following the service, from approximately 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
After a courageous seven-month battle with cancer, Doug is now at peace. He passed away at home, with Carla by his side, listening to his favourite music and overlooking the bay.
We are deeply grateful to our family and friends for the love, kindness and support you have shown throughout this year. It has meant more to us than words can express.
As we farewell Doug, we do so with immense love, gratitude, and the hope that he has found peace as he begins his next journey.
