It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our beautiful mother Domenica (also affectionately known as Dilla).
Passed peacefully at Caritas Christi Hospice, Kew, Victoria.

Reunited with her beloved husband Emilio (dec).
Devoted mother of Emilius and Ines and loving mother-in-law and grandmother of Connie, Julia and Gemma.

Dearest Mum, we will remember your kindness, generosity, huge smile, vibrancy and joy for people and life. Your courageous life.

Lovingly remembered by family and friends in Australia, Italy and the United States.

The Holy Requiem Mass for Domenica will be celebrated on Tuesday, 13 October 2026 at 12:00 pm at St Thomas More’s Catholic Church, 69 North Street, Hadfield.

Following the Holy Mass, the funeral procession will proceed to Melbourne General Cemetery, College Crescent, Parkville (Undenominational, Compartment JIR, First Avenue).

Domenica, andando a raggiungere il caro marito Emilio, lascia nel piu’ profondo dolore i cari figli Emilius e Ines, la nuora Connie Michienzi, le nipoti Julia e Gemma, la cognata Rosa Ferraro, l’amica di 54 anni Graziella Fedele e tutti i parenti e gli amici vicini e lontani. L’ultima della sua generazione di 10 figli.

La Santa Messa Di Requiem sara’ celebrata Martedi 13 Ottobre 2026 alle ore 12.00pm nella chiesa di St Thomas Mores, 69 North St, Hadfield.

Al termine della Santa Messa, il corteo funebre procedera’ per Melbourne General Cemetery, College Crescent, Parkville (Undenominational, compartment JIR, First Avenue).

Le condoglianze saranno accettate in chiesa.

I familiari ringraziano tutti coloro che sono stati di conforto nel momento del dolore.
