Founder and Managing Director of Natural Grace, Libby’s role is to nurture and develop our team and our business as we strive to provide authentic, sustainable and beautiful funeral care to our community. As holistic funeral care givers, Libby and her team will gently and respectfully walk alongside you on this important journey.
Our goal is to ensure you have all the information you need to make empowered decisions and ultimately experience a meaningful and beautiful day to honour your family member or friend.

Jodie leads our team with a kind heart and a values driven, collaborative approach.

Sharon Tregoning

Sharon brings a compassionate and experienced touch to our operations. Called to this work after the deaths of four loved ones in five years, she has been a spiritual end-of-life counsellor since 2013. Sharon's diverse background includes executive administration, hospitality, and customer service, and she has crafted and delivered end-of-life training for health professionals, volunteers, and families.
As a Holistic Funeral Director, Sharon gently guides families through all the arrangements and necessary paperwork whilst also supporting our team. Sharon's dedication to making end-of-life experiences easier for all is rooted in her belief that care, compassion, and respect are essential. She is also a committed ally to LGBTI communities and served as Past President of Dying With Dignity Queensland (DWDQ).

Catherine Petropoulos

Business Development Lead
Catherine, an Australian lawyer with a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Victoria University, is the People & Culture Manager and Business Development Lead at Natural Grace. She fosters a culture of empathy and excellence across teams, drawing from her legal expertise and extensive experience in Inclusion and Diversity.
Having faced significant personal loss, Catherine is devoted to transforming the way people experience grief. Her approach to gender affirming death care ensures that inclusivity and respect are central to the care provided, allowing all people to die with dignity.
Catherine’s dedication to advocacy, governance, and compassionate care highlights her commitment to creating respectful and supportive environments in death care and beyond. Catherine’s mum is our Libby Moloney, and Libby is beyond proud to be joined at Natural Grace by her amazing daughter.

Funeral Celebrant
A proud Civil Celebrant, End of Life Doula and Death Literacy advocate, Peter is humbled to join the committed and compassionate Natural Grace team. He is honoured to be servicing families from both our Woodend and Fairfield sanctuaries. Outside his new Funeral Director vocation, Peter is an enthusiastic Japanophile, wannabe pilot, an avid ‘dog person’ and likes to think of himself as something of a sushi aficionado.

Lyn Douglas

Lyn has been a dedicated Civil Celebrant for 15 years, and her personal experiences have guided her to the compassionate and graceful Natural Grace team. Whether supporting bereaved individuals as their Celebrant, assisting with vigils, facilitating funeral services, or guiding safe departures, Lyn is deeply honoured to provide her calm and reassuring presence during life’s most tender moments.

Jacqui Morgan
For over a decade, Jacqui has served Natural Grace as a holistic Funeral Director and as our holistic mortician.
In April 2026 Jacqui retired from Natural Grace in order to focus on her health.
We thank Jacqui for her extraordinary service and wish her all the best in her retirement.
