'I need your help' were the first words out of my mouth when Libby picked up the phone. I was feeling out of my own mind/body and was very teary, but I also knew I needed to progress 'things' with the help of an expert. As I've told her (and anyone who'll listen), I felt scooped up and cradled by her - and her team - through this miserable/lovely time. With the help and support of Natural Grace, I have been able to do all the 'things' necessary, carve out time for myself and my husbands loved ones and create experiences with her I didn't realise were possible when a loved one passes away.

Libby and her team made it possible to smoothly navigate bureaucracy, geographic challenges and rituals of benefit to family and friends. An experienced hand dealing with someone like me who needed to hear information first to get to emotions, but also be able to deliver soothing words for those who lead with their emotions right away.

I was so very lucky to have found Natural Grace during my adored husband's illness, and then to have called them for help when 'that' time came. I wholly recommend Natural Grace to anyone in need of help and supportive services over their difficult time. Know it is likely to help you in more ways than you might think.

Everyone was thrilled with the service and Father Joe turned out trumps! After all, he was a perfect choice (even though about number 10) and probably better than others we had tried before him.

Many have commented – “the best funeral ever”. The coffin and the flowers, and the booklet, have all been highly complimented and the left-over booklets are disappearing fast.

We loved your idea of decorating Jim with flowers and taking the rest home. I have a beautiful vase in front of me now.

Dear Jacqui and staff at Natural Grace

We will be forever grateful for your kind and compassionate care of my much loved husband and our extended family. From the comforting SMS that let us know my husband was 'safely tucked up at the Sanctuary' to his respectful and beautifully conducted service and burial - we could not have asked for more sensitive and gentle guidance.

Conducting a funeral during Covid19 restrictions was difficult and Jacqui you helped us to work this in our favour. We were able to organise an intimate service in the appropriately named Sanctuary that was heartfelt and peaceful. Jacqui - you listened to everything we asked for and ensured all the details were handled in such a way that the stress of organisation was lifted from our shoulders.

Thank you Jacqui for your thoughtful and beautiful words as you conducted the service and the way you warmly included our young grandchildren. Every detail throughout the service was perfectly managed and you helped us feel supported and at peace. Thank you.

A huge heart-felt thank you to Libby, Jacqui and the whole team at Natural Grace in Woodend for supporting my family through some of the toughest times in life.

My beautiful brother Jamie chose Natural Grace for his after-life care knowing how compassionate, supportive and connected with nature Natural Grace is. We had witnessed their exceptional care and gentle compassionate guidance at previous celebrations of life of close friends but experiencing it first hand when Jamie died was such a comfort and truly honoured Jamie as the wonderful man that he was and is.

Jacqui and Libby acknowledged our Scottish family traditions and incorporated that into Jamie's care. They allowed us to be a part of every step of the process and walked alongside us lovingly. To know that my big brother's body was in loving hands, being respectfully nurtured by those who also have a spiritual understanding of life and death put all of our minds at ease and allow us to now celebrate Jamie's life.

The greatest gift I imagine we can give is love; the greatest honour... to lovingly nurture another being on their journey into or out of this physical world and it takes exceptional and gifted people to do both of these things with such grace. Thank you to Natural Grace for being the exceptional people that you are.

You were so kind, encouraging and patient and you truly made this very sad day one to remember with love and peacefulness.
