Thank you for all the support, the heartfelt tributes and the expressions of love. These are consoling and carrying us in this most difficult part of our lives, and will form part of the Memorial.
Please do not send flowers. You will think of some other special way to honour him; making a donation, writing a song, planting a tree, going camping, or enjoying a good meal, a glass of wine and sharing stories about Gerard.
A lovely way that others have memorialised their loved ones has been through a selection of their favourite songs, and as Gerard had such a love of music we felt this would be a very fitting thing to share with you all. You can access the playlist here.
